Last year, we setup a pop-up with a group of artists for the world’s first ever pop-up for bubble tea. That attracted thousands of New Yorkers to immerse in the art installations made for the drink.
This year, we are combing the festival with the art installations, set to take place on 9/21 @ Chelsea (8th Avenue between 16 and 17 streets).

Bubble tea is an interesting beverage that is often made up of black or oolong tea, milk or fruit flavors, a sweetener, and a chewy texture found in Taiwanese cuisine called QQ (what you may think of as the 'bubbles' in bubble tea). Most often, the QQ takes the form of tapioca pearls.
This one of a kind Ice Cream Popsicle combines Brown Sugar Bubble Tea with Ice Cream. It is said that there is a bubble in every bite. The Popsicle is sold out everywhere but it is included in as part of the tasting ticket. Don't miss out!
