Remember this is an outdoor event with expected spectators in the thousands!

Our Tents are all standard 10'x10' ezup type tents.

10' = 10 Feet = 300 cm

If you are an exhibitor, likely you are assigned a 5'x10' space.  Food and Craft booths are generally assigned with 10x10 tent.

Display the purpose of your booth.  Do you have QR code that leads to more info?  Be sure to display it with poster and protect it well from all elements such as wind and water.

As seen here, this is an exhibitor occupying half of a tent.  The sign on the top is provided by the festival but they added their own style to it.

You can choose to bring your own banner like this.  However, we recommend that this is hung in the middle of the tent

Parks department is very strict on the use of propane within Park boundary.  Do not use Propane or charcoal to cook your food!

  • The festival goes on Rain or Shine. No refunds will be given. No Cancellations for any reason.
  • Parking – Early Sunday is easy to find parking near Union Square.  NO PARKING in the strip by the 17th Street side of the Park during the festival. This space is reserved for Event Support Staff and Vehicles ONLY. You may use it only for loading and unloading your equipment BEFORE 11am and AFTER 5pm. Street Parking is FREE on Sundays and you will find many nearby spaces if you arrive early.
  • Event Managers will be wearing ORANGE P2TW T‐Shirts. Event Volunteers will be wearing YELLOW P2TW T‐Shirts. Request help ONLY from Event Managers (ORANGE), we will try our best to help. Only activities specified above are allowed in your space. We may shut down your space for noncompliance.
  • Unless otherwise arranged, you will be provided with only a tent, table, chair, and signage. You are responsible for your own equipment, supplies, and consumables. You will need to provide your own staffing for your space. Power is not provided without prior arrangement, and no personal electric generator is permitted No open flames permitted due to Park Policy.
  • Please keep your space clean. Trash / Recycle receptacles are distributed throughout the site. You may bring larger items to the designated location for disposal.
  • If you don’t need it, please do not bring it. We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables.


  • 6am to 7am Site and Tent Locations to be designated at the venue
  • 8am to 10am Tents, Tables, Chairs, power arrive and set up
  • 10:30am to 11:30m Exhibitors arrive and set up space
  • 12pm Festival Begins
  • 5pm Festival Ends
  • 5pm to 7pm Clean‐Up and Load‐Out


  • Please dispose of all trash around you in bags and receptacles throughout the site. Use the Garbage cans provide on site.
  • Please break down and FLATTEN ALL cardboard boxes before disposal.
  • Separate all Cardboard from other refuse.
  • Bring ALL trash to the designated location on the map below (Star on Map).
  • Leave tables clean and chairs folded by the table.
  • Thank You and See You Next Year!
